Triple-A Program

The DLRB  Triple-A one-week program offers athletes a rigorous training regimen coupled with a rejuvenating stay at our Life Style resort for families. Over the course of seven days, athletes will engage in intensive training sessions, dedicating six hours each day to honing their skills and enhancing their performance.  

For 2024, the Triple-A program will be 7 Days beginning Sunday, December 22nd and ending Saturday, December 28th.  The training facility is located at the Bartolo Colon Stadium, Puerto plata, Altamira, Dominican Republic. 

It is highly recommended to fly in on December 21st to take advantage of full training program.

Our program is designed to push athletes to their limits while providing them with the support and resources they need to excel. From tailored workout routines to expert coaching, participants will receive personalized attention aimed at maximizing their potential.

The one-week program is not for the faint of heart. It demands dedication, discipline, and a willingness to push beyond one's limits. But for those who are ready to rise to the challenge, the rewards are unparalleled. Join us for a week of intense training, transformation, and growth with DLRB.

While athletes are dedicated to their training regimen, families accompanying them can indulge in the luxurious amenities and activities offered at the Life Style resort, please see pics below. The price of the program includes the athlete and one accompanying parent for guardian.  Additional family members can be provided a discounted rate based on hotel stay.
